The Web site, www.shalivahanamatrimony.com is an electronic web-based platform for exploring opportunities and enhancing outreach using the online search and other tools available for the prospective brides and grooms. It is being maintained by SHALIVAHANA CHARITABLE TRUST registered at Hyderabad, exclusively for the SHALIVAHANA COMMUNITY families across Two Telugu states and overseas. 

 

All the contents of this site are subject to and constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.  “THE PROSPECTIVE USER ACCESSING THIS SITE SHOULD AGREE & TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW.  IF THE USER DID NOT AGREE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDTIONS, MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE” It is mandatory for all users of the site to have read carefully, fully understood and be in total agreement to the below mentioned Terms before they proceed to use any of the services of the site.  The Services are available only to those individual USER or SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY member (includes persons such as Bride/Groom, father, mother, brother, sister, relative or a friend) who registers on this website who can form legally binding contracts and the Indian laws. The contents of this site may amend or alter some of the terms of use at any time by posting the amended version on this site.

As this platform is being operated by SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY having unique significance to enable any user to register on it voluntarily (by filing the mandatory fields and optional fields, if any), to search for profiles from the database for those who seeks prospective lawful matrimonial alliances for themselves and their family members. The SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY users are provided with free access for searching profiles from the data base as per the partner preference set by the user.

• Male Persons > 21 years of age 
• Female Persons > 21 years of age
• Already Divorced male and female persons.
• Any user who on transition period of Divorce may disclose the fact by stating “Awaiting Divorce” subject to their sole responsibility.

 

REGISTRATION:

 

 

1. Online registration process with fairness and honesty in furnishing true, accurate, current, complete information and with recent photo of Bride/Groom will help you to meet your parameters.The user has to read the relevant column before keying in the details or selecting the option available or uploading the photo.  
    
2. SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY reserves the right to block the registration of users’ profile on website/app in case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields or if there are errors in any data entered by the user in the profile. Any point of time any information provided by the user for registration (including Photos) or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate such profile without any notice) from the website by forfeiting the user’s registration fee.
    
3. SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY always drive towards the Quest for best and also under take the proper scrutiny of all profiles to filter the fake ones and allow only genuine profiles.  Once the registration fee is paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.    
    
4. Registration of duplicate profiles of the same person is not allowed in the site/app and SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY shall have full right to delete, suspend or terminate such duplicate profile without any notification.
    
5. The user has to acknowledge and confirm that the registration is with Bonafide intention of marriage and not otherwise.  This site/app is intending to individual users and strictly prohibited for Organizations, Companies, Marriage Bureaus, business individuals carrying similar kind of activities. SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for breach of these obligation.
    
6. Once the registration is completed you are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY login credentials such as your User ID, password, OTP, etc., to prevent or restrict any unauthorized access to your account on your Mobile/Computer.  SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY or its representatives never calls or ask you for such details. The user must be careful and cautioned not to respond or disclose any of his personal details to maintain privacy and security.

 

 

 

 

REGISTERED USERS’ RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

 

·The registered user would be solely responsible for the contents that you decide to publish or display on the site/app.

·SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a user may send to other users which the site deems appropriate in its sole discretion. The registered users are empowered to search their prospects themselves on the website without any assistance from SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY or its TEAM.

 

·The users are solely responsible for interactions with other users and SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any interactions or transactions (in cash, as money transfer, in kind of gifts etc.,) between the users.  The SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY reserves the right, but has no obligation to monitor disputes between users.

 

·No user can make the SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY party to any legal proceedings between users and any other registered or free user for any transactions through the site/app.  SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY will always abide by governing/legal authorities order and cooperate fully through the process, but the costs of the same shall be recovered from the user.

 

·The registered member/user is at a liberty to send their interest or denial to other registered members/users and also to proceed further subject to their compatibility.  SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY can not give guarantee or assume responsibility for any specific results from the use of the data available on the website as it exclusively designed to provide assistance to SHALIVAHANA FAMILIES.

 

·User cannot claim or seek relief from SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY in case of any tampering of the data by third party with malicious intent while the data is on transit and before it reaches the servers. ·The users are expected to provide latest photographs and information which should not be more than 3 months old, to ensure accuracy and better response.  Any false information shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY retain their right under clause 2 of registration terms and conditions.

 

 

·The registered users are having a liberty to corelate the information available in the website data base with any of the social or professional websites at their own interest.  SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY is not having any tie up or connection with such websites.

 

·The registered member/user under an obligation to acknowledge and confirm that they will not bring or participate in any class action or other class proceedings in connection with any dispute with SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY.

 

·Every registered user/member is having a liberty to give their feedback on SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY website about their experience while using the site where it is specifically asked for. SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY is having limited liability of bringing all SHALIVAHANA FAMILIES to a common platform and is not a mediator between any of its registered members.

·The registered member/users shall intimate the SHALIVAHANA MATRIMONY TEAM on successful finalization of Bride/Groom marriage which will enable the team to InActivate/ removal of their profile or delete their profile by themselves as per the guidelines available in the terms and conditions.
